Volunteer for Literary Feast and Events


It takes a community of volunteers to help fund the libraries numerous programs. We are proud to have an ever growing group of dedicated volunteers to help the Foundation achieve and grow our mission.

Become a volunteer and you'll be the first one to know of the upcoming events and the authors that will be in attendance.

Volunteers can choose from a variety of activities that best match their interestes, skills and availability. Some of these are:

  • Pre-event community outreach and marketing including in office and online projects
  • Assist with coordination or large scale projects, such as silent auctions and Barnes & Noble signings
  • Help with author logistics and chaperoning
  • Work event days such as check-in, registration and more
  • Tell all your friends and contacts about the upcoming events and membership opportunities with the Foundation

This is a fun experience for anyone who loves books, is well organized and dependable. We want to continue to build a group of volunteers we can count on for various tasks throughout the year that help support libraries and literacy in Broward County through our major literary events. We appreciate any time volunteers can donate.
