This year's Literary Feast events will again feature LitLIVE! -- an event that will be free and open to the public at Barnes & Noble bookstores on Friday, March 31, 2017 from 6-8 pm at two store locations on Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale and Broward Mall, Plantation.

Join us in celebrating 29 years of Literary Feast! This vital community event has raised more than $3 million since it began in 1988 with its mission of supporting Broward County Library literacy programs to support literacy programs and services that enrich the entire community. Literary Feast begins at 6 p.m. with a gala cocktail party in the Panorama Room of the Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six hotel, complete with open bar, hors d'oeuvres, book sales and signings and an outstanding silent auction. At 7:30 p.m., guests depart for intimate dinners featuring an author hosted in private homes or upscale restaurants. Tickets start at $175; for an additional donation of $150, you will be guaranteed your first or second choice of literary dinners. More about this year's feast authors is forthcoming.
