StoryBook Festival

Families all over Broward eagerly await the annual StoryBook Festival , which is held in mid-November at the Southwest Regional Library in Pembroke Pines.

In past years, the free themed event would feature storytellers, a book giveaway, an arts and crafts tent, children’s authors and illustrators, virtual reality demos and the children’s Storybook Parade. More than 6,000 children and parents usually attend.

Along with the Library Foundation, StoryBook Festival is sponsored by the Friends of Southwest Regional Library, Panera Bread, Truist, and South Florida Family Life magazine with support from the City of Pembroke Pines.
