Virtual Happy Hour with Carla Neggers

Listen to one of the most popular mystery authors from the comfort and safety of your own home!

Carla Neggers, author of over 80 novels including Rival's Break, will speak on Tuesday, June 2 at a virtual happy hour brought to you by the Broward Public Library Foundation. Oline Cogdill, the South Florida Sun Sentinel's mystery fiction critic, will moderate the discussion. The virtual happy hour will start promptly at 6:00 pm and last for 45 minutes. Attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions, which the author will answer during the last 15 minutes.

Neggers, originally scheduled to be a Literary Feast featured author, unfortunately, cannot attend the new Literary Feast date, Saturday, September 12. "We hope you'll sit back and relax with a happy hour cocktail and enjoy listening to this amazing author," said Library Foundation Executive Director Dorothy Klein. "Think of this as a taste of what's to come at A Night of Literary Feasts this fall."

Registration, which is limited to 100 people, is $25. Dollars raised will benefit expanded programming at Broward County Library when it reopens to the public.

Once registered, guests will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link to the event. An internet connection is required to join. Please keep that email in order to sign in to the meeting. See you there!
